In-Stock Items: Returns are gladly accepted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Item(s) must be in the original, unopened package and must arrive back to us in the same condition in which we shipped it. Freight damage is your responsibility. As our customer, you agree that all damages are the responsibility of the carrier and that all items sent by All Things Mini are shipped in new condition. We inspect every item prior to shipping and insure that it left our store in perfect condition. If the item is a one of a kind piece you will receive a store credit. Sorry no refunds. If we have more of the same item we will ship another one out for you.
Heritage Doll Homes: All Heritage Doll Home kits are cut, pre-fitted, and packaged when your order is received. Please allow 6-8 weeks for manufacture and delivery for US residents. Should we encounter a delay beyond our control, you will be notified immediately. Overseas customers must first contact us for a shipping quote before placing their order (delivery time will also be quoted). Order cancellations are accepted within the first 72 hours after placing your order by calling 720.232.3143. As we start cutting your kit upon receipt of your order, there will be a 15% surcharge for any order cancellations. Refunds are made within 24 hours of order cancellation. Kit returns (less a 20% restocking fee) are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Box(es) must be unopened to qualify for refund. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the customer and will not be refunded. Freight damage is your responsibility.
