The Rowhouse has many exclusive and unique features such as 4 floors, 14 rooms, a rooftop terrace,
spacious 2nd and 3rd floor hallways, and a 2nd floor balcony that overlooks the foyer below it!
The Rowhouse’s grandeur boasts a 23” wide by 40” deep by 41” height!
Features of The Rowhouse Kit:
- Scale: 1:12, or 1" = 1 foot
- Dimensions: 23” wide x 40” deep x 41” high
- Made from 3/8” plywood for sturdy and lasting construction.
- Our instructions are clear and precise; tested not only by our designers, but our staff.
- Fourteen rooms and realistic floor plan with spacious hallways
- Rooftop terrace
- Grooved side walls for quick and easy assembly
- Included are windows, doors, staircases and railings, window and window styrene,
decorative exterior railings, trim work and brackets, and even the glue!
- Weight: 60 lbs.
- Each kit is cut-to-order to prevent warpage of pieces
Building Experience Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Woodworking and dollhouse assembly experience is highly recommended
